Retours

• You have 15 days after receipt of your order to return your parts to us. You choose refund or credit.
• Return transport is free for mainland France. We will then send you a return slip.
• For returns located outside mainland France, the return is the responsibility of the customer.
• Parts that have been used are not taken back.
• Returns and exchanges are not possible on personalized items.

Repayment term

• You will receive an email to notify you as soon as the refund is made.

Exchanges

• Exchanges and returns are free in mainland France, on non-personalized items.
• There is no exchange or return on personalized or used items.
