- Exchanges and returns are free in mainland France, on non-personalized items.
- There is no exchange on personalized items.

- Track your orders
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package. You also have the possibility to follow your order in your space "My account, my orders"
- Customs fee
In the event of delivery outside mainland France, administrative and / or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.
- We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Custom Order: Please allow an additional 2 days for your custom orders, but we usually ship within 24 hours on weekdays.
- If you have ordered an item for pre-order, it will be sent to you on the date indicated on the site.
- You have 15 days after receipt of your order to return your parts against refund or credit, if they do not suit you.
- Parts that have been used are not taken back.
- In addition to this, you need to know more about it. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made. Allow around 7 to 10 working days.
