I couldn't wait to introduce you to my new creation: "Oh my travel diary!".

Don't know how to draw?

Neither do I!

And that’s not very important.

A travel diary is about giving memory to very fleeting moments.

Those little moments that you would like to encapsulate and be able to bring out whenever you feel like it.

And what is more fleeting than a trip!

My travel diaries are among the most precious objects I have.

To me, they are invaluable.

In this video series, it’s not about telling you "this is what you must do," but rather "this is how I do it."

I hope this will take the pressure off all those who say to themselves, "this isn't for me, because I’m terrible at drawing."

You’ll see, my drawings are very basic.

It is more about preserving emotions and memories than artistic performance.

I will be publishing the following episodes in the coming weeks.

Here is the memory of a recipe

The recipe for NDizi Nazi.

It’s a typical Zanzibar dish that I particularly love.

To make sure I don't forget it, I decided to write it down in my travel diary.

Here it is on video.

Bonus information

The notebook I use is the Louise Carmen Roadbook in chestnut vegetable-tanned leather.

I really like it because its leather is exceptional. As I travel, it takes on a unique patina and it is truly very practical. In fact, it contains 3 paper notebooks, independent of one another: one for drawing, one to keep my logbook, and a third to note down interesting addresses. Since each notebook is removable, I can swap them out.

You can integrate Moleskine© brand notebooks. They are the same size.

I have a passion for vegetable-tanned leather, which I have offered in quite a few colors. Discover the entire collection of vegetable-tanned leather notebooks here
