I loved everything about coming to this store and selecting my first Louise Carmen journal. I will be a longtime customer. Damien assisted my friend and I and he was so patient and friendly when I made my choices every step of the way. While I spent more than I had planned to (I actually designed my journal online prior to arriving) I don't have a single regret and I'm so happy with my choice. It was well worth adding to my itinerary for my Paris trip and I'm so grateful for the experience. I look forward to enjoying my journal forever. Merci!

As for the Magnum itself, it's a beautiful size and not too large or small. I plan to use mine as a common place journal and will add pictures and ephemera throughout the pages. I love the size and the capacity and the portfolio to keep a few supplies. I initially planned on getting the Honore/Medium but when I looked at the sizes in person I knew that Magnum was the one for how I intended to use it. One thing to note is that if one did prefer the smaller notebook size similar to a Traveler's Notebook, you could still fit that refill size into the Magnum depending how you like to keep things organized.

And lastly, while I admit I was a bit "influenced" in discovering this store and even looked at a lot of social media posts of people who were creating their own Louise Carmen-style journals, I still feel like the experience and offerings of Louise Carmen make it well worth the price.

Très satisfaite de mon Magnum, le format correspond à mes besoins, la qualité du cuir est excellente et la couleur me plaît beaucoup. Le pochon est très joli aussi. J'espère pouvoir le compléter bientôt avec le portfolio dans la même teinte. Merci à l'équipe pour la qualité de l'accueil et d'avoir pris le temps de conseiller et de montrer les modèles, c'est très appréciable !
