Louise Carmen, a high-end Parisian leather goods house founded in 2016, was unveiled by its hero product: the customizable leather notebook with a refillable core.

To help us deploy our marketing & digital strategy, Louise Carmen is looking for a Marketing & CRM Project Management Assistant. Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, you will support the marketing team with various projects and operational activities.

Your contribution

Participating in the preparation and launch of new collections, as well as managing the e-commerce website

Participating in the management of newsletter campaigns, CRM initiatives, and clienteling

Participating in the management of internal communications (writing and distributing various types of content)

Participating in the design of acquisition campaigns across different channels

Producing reports and launch/CRM & E-Commerce activation reviews

Providing daily operational and administrative support to the team: participating in event organization, photo shoot preparation, inventory management, and various administrative tasks.

Your profile

With a Master’s degree or equivalent, you are looking for a training internship and wish to work in a dynamic environment. You are known for your organization, versatility, and rigor in managing projects, as well as your excellent interpersonal skills.

You have a good command of English (written and spoken). 

You have an interest in the worlds of luxury, lifestyle, and art

Knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus.

Conditions

6-month internship available from January 2027 

100% on-site position in Paris (Palais Royal district, 75002), with no remote work

Monthly internship allowance of €800, 50% transport pass reimbursement

Possibility of a permanent job offer at the end of the internship, depending on the success of the mission and the candidate's profile.

Important note: This position is open exclusively to a full-time, 6-month internship with a formal agreement. We do NOT offer work-study or apprenticeship contracts for this role.
