Très satisfaite de mon Magnum, le format correspond à mes besoins, la qualité du cuir est excellente et la couleur me plaît beaucoup. Le pochon est très joli aussi. J'espère pouvoir le compléter bientôt avec le portfolio dans la même teinte. Merci à l'équipe pour la qualité de l'accueil et d'avoir pris le temps de conseiller et de montrer les modèles, c'est très appréciable !

I visited the store in Galerie Vivienne last week, 2 hours before leaving for the airport. I was really lucky because at the moment I entered there was no line and I was assisted immediately. The personnel was really kind and eager to assist me. I regret not asking their names to mention them in my review. I ended up with a beautiful customized pocket size notebook, perfect to carry around with me all day long. My experience was wonderful and most of all I felt really welcomed!

I visited your store last week and bought a roadbook for my 40th birthday. The whole experience was excellent, the person serving me was so helpful and kind and the roadbook itself is absolutely beautiful.

I was in Paris for one day only and my sole goal was to attend Louise Carmen to purchase a journal as a 40th birthday gift to myself. It was a beautiful experience from start to finish, I was fortunate to have the store to myself. Laura was incredibly attentive, kind and patient with me while I chose my journal and all the extras I wanted. If I could relive the experience I would. My journal is an incredibly precious item to me.

What a phenomenal experience at Louise Carmen in Paris! From start to finish, everything was seamless and delightful.

I arrived about 30 minutes before the store opened and there were a few people ahead of me, so I waited roughly another 30 minutes before being helped, and it was absolutely worth it. The team member who assisted me was incredibly kind, informative, and patient while guiding me through the customization process.

After designing my notebook, I was asked to return in two hours, and when I picked it up, it was beautifully finished. I even added a personalized stamp, which made it feel extra special. I now have my notebook with me at work and smile every time I see it, it’s such a lovely reminder of my time in Paris.

If you’re looking for a meaningful, personalized souvenir and exceptional service, Louise Carmen is a must-visit. Highly recommend!
